The WORST horror movie EVER. The original is a masterpiece compared to this piece of crap. The creepiest part was the beginning. I have never seen so many ugly people, who look like they haven't showered in a month, in one movie. The dregs of society. None of them had even one redeeming value. I was actually happy they all got butchered. The teenagers were as annoying as they come and totally unrealistic, unless we are to believe that today's teen girls are stupid, uneducated, nymphomaniac twits who will have sex with greasy haired losers. If that's true, we're all going to hell. The acting was horrible, the camera shook a lot and the ending might as well been filmed in black and white as you could barely see anything through the darkness. There was not even one person you could care about. In the original I was rooting for Jamie Lee Curtis to kill the monster. In this poor excuse for a movie, I was rooting for the monster to kill everyone. Save your money, go to your nearest video store and rent the original Halloween.
