It's almost impossible to beat the first 20 minutes of this movie... and the final 80 minutes does not. BUT, it's wacky enough to keep it at a 9. The humour is crude, vulgar, offensive and zany as can be. Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Cruise are hysterical, and, well, anything to do with Simple Jack made me wish I'd worn diapers to the show. Good old-fashioned comic insanity that doesn't revolve around dating or pot for once.
