Well you know what to expect with Tarantino. So if you are a fan then you will enjoy this. The lead Nazi SS guy is a very strong character. He had elegance and stealth. I felt that Pitt didn't perform convincingly with his feeble effort at a Tennesse accent. The movie is entertaining and over the top in places, as expected. From the first chapter, it keeps you frozen to the screen, much like Pulp Fiction. But like Pulp, it's not for everyone.
