Just like "Paul Blart Mall Cop"," Observe and Report" is a funny movie as well, with the only exception that the first named is rated "PG" and the last one is rated "18A". By the way, I've observed that some young movie- lovers, well under the age of 14, are writing their reviews for movies (18A) they are not supposed to see...
