Every aspect of this movie was impressive. The lead characters' performances were outstanding. This is a love story, and the director elicits the best from these young stars. The awkwardness of puppy love... the bullying... the unspoken moments... the tenderness of their fragile hearts... Wow! I had not heard of this movie and went into the theater cold. Every aspect was tremendous. Suspense was enhanced by the director and the sound track. The gore was there but not overdone... I will watch this movie over and over once it comes out in DVD.
