Think what you want about Facebook, but in a few short years it has somehow entangled itself in the entire world. So why not make a movie about the uber-spaz who created it? Wow, that should be a hoot: two hours of watching doofs type code, right? Well, there's a bit of that, but what really makes this movie is the snappy dialogue, written by Aaron Sorkin, and of course, David Fincher's expert directing, which, as in Zodiac before it, is great because you don't notice it. Fincher doesn't shake the camera and do cuts every half second; he's an old-fashioned director who doesn't assume the audience will fall asleep unless there's frequent and wild movement on the screen. Brilliant acting all around, most notably, in my opinion, that dork from N Sync, who has playing a total doucher down to a science. P. S. If you don't know what "refresh" means, you might wanna skip this one.
