It's a quasi-retro future where time is currency, nobody ages, nobody uses cell phones and everyone drives around in 70's cars that are mostly black and silver. There are some arm wrestle showdowns to steal time, and plenty of Bourne Identity type getaways when the hero is in trouble. The premise held my attention for half the movie, so I'll give it a five. I had a hard time understanding this concept really. A lot of pay phones in this future. What happened to cell phones?
