Definitely better than the first one but still nothing special. An hour and a half of fairly monotonous, obvious jokes with only one or two moments where I actually laughed out loud. Good for younger audiences, tho. Adults needs to be HUGE Bean fans to enjoy this film. The last half (or third, even) of the movie is the only part worth watching really.
