If you're in need for a ghost movie, this is it. But we've seen this before. Good scare moments and it's ok that it shows why there's a history of it. I'll bet there'll be a part 4 involving grannie and her coven. That would be fine but get away from the home video thing, you've done it. Loved the ghost- sheet scene and the table and chairs scene. Everyone loves a good ghost story especially at halloween.
