Propaganda. Rather than provide conclusive evidence of the efficacy of the 'cures' it purports to support, this movie creates fear, uncertainty, and doubt in the established medical system by suggesting a mass conspiracy based exclusively on profits. Additionally, decades of declining mortality rates, based on continued advancements in conventional treatment regimes, for the most serious illnesses are conveniently ignored. If you ever have cancer take vitamins because the big bad corporations are trying to profit from your illness by having doctors prescribe chemo for your illness... You get the idea.
