Fincher's unique 'style' of direction is shown through this film. He truly puts on a great job as the director. The story is dark, mesmerizing, and beautifully shot. The writing too deserves acclaim, not to mention the excessive soundtrack. The only thing missing is the sight of acting. The acting, itself, is great, but won't stand a chance against Colin Firth's in The King's Speech... Overall, The Social Network is an excellent film, in its 'own way', but it won't stand a chance against The King's Speech.
