What's the hype about? It's just the next comic to bombard the screen over the last 20 years. The stories are too easy (prewriten) , ensure an audience, and don't forget the several sequels. Superman, then batman, Spawn, and X-men. I am sure there were more. Yes, worth seeing. I'd go again just for Kurstin Dunst in the wet t-shirt. But this is not the masterpeice, or excellent movie people are saying it is. I'd say the first Batman and X-men were better. This is just another comic book. I thought it should be a darker portrayal of the spiderman image..
