Really good! It's exactly like Speed and Speed 2! On a train!

One of my favourite thrillers! It's way better than Unstoppable, and both Speed movies!

Not a bad Sci-Fi flick. I enjoyed the storyline, and it kept my interest throughout. Overall, a pretty good movie for those that don’t have huge expectations.

This is better than I figured it would be... good acting and story line... worth seeing.

Excellent movie, 10/10. The storyline was really interesting, and the movie was really entertaining.

Could be way better. Interesting idea, and full marks for trying to make something out of it. The problem is the execution. There is just not enough elements, more creative writing was needed. I enjoyed most of it, but it left me wanting more.

This is one of my favourite movies. If you like science fiction, parallel worlds, and convoluted plots, you'll like this one. (Plus the female lead is yummy.)

Pretty good. Like Groundhog Day but with a science fiction element. Slows down near the end a bit and the ending is predictable but still fun to watch play out. Had one minor quibble with the end in terms of sacrificing one thing for another but I don't want to spoil things for you.

I liked this. For those of you not aux fait with Quantum Mechanics Theory i.e. parallel universes, then it may be a bit confusing. However if you've ever watched any sci-fi tv series you'll know that parallel universe stuff is standard fare. So having said that it's a good action flic, has a *SPOILER ALERT... ... ... happy ending and the premise of how they arrive at the conclusion of the film is good. The characters play their parts well and you genuinly feel for them and the predicament they are in. A feel good film and I liked it.

Well, I've seen a lot of time-travelling train movies, and this one really doesn't distinguish itself from others in the genre. The acting is average, not great but certainly not as bad as that which we saw in Time Travel Train 2: All Aboard, Next Stop - the Future. That was just abysmal. If I was forced to give this a rating, I would have to say it's a one, but only because I can't give part marks. My real feelings on the film are that it is more of a 0.8, maybe more like a 0.75. I would hate for someone to read my review and think, 'this guy thinks it's a 1?' because I don't. I'd ballpark it at, oh, 0.7633 but that's not taking into account the special effects, worth at least 0.065 on their own. The writing is dry, which is why I can't confine my rating to only 3 decimal places. In closing, I think I liked it, but I'm not totally sure - I might just be remembering the popcorn fondly. Either way, not quite a 1, but certainly not a 0. Sneak in your own snacks, if you can't afford theatre popcorn, even though it is really good. Skip the butter though, and get dill seasoning for sure!

Just okay I felt. It's a little difficult to digest the concept, but I think we all have our thresholds on how much we can let pass. Gyllenhaal was brilliant, it's a good movie to watch!

Super movie, original concept. Very well structured in building suspense in that you don't get bored watching the same scenes over again but in fact find yourself trying to solve it too - it pulls you in this way - think this movie has been underrated as is one of best have seen in long time. Highly recommend... even the extra touches like putting Russell Peters in for comic relief at certain points to relieve tension is perfect.

This gets a 7 because the main character's dilemma, which we discover with him (although a gut-wrenching visual is later added in case we hadn't figured it out) packs a punch. It makes this into the kind of serious, high-toned science fiction which I love and which is rare. The film needed a much better actress playing the on screen military scientist: it would have been a star role for someone with the acting power of Cate Blanchett to own the screen, own him, and own us. Could have been an 8, or even a 9.

This movie is basically Ground Hog Day meets Speed. Nothing that you haven't seen before. Don't waste your time... over and over and over again.

An interesting idea, but the plot most definitely wasn't taken to its fullest potential. I wouldn't see it again, but I'm not sorry I paid for it. The acting was alright, but not outstanding- it would be hard to do much with this script when they repeat the same scene over and over. It could have been much better written and directed.

Liked it. It's very difficult to ever set parameters for movies that play with space/time so that viewers can convince themselves it is still somehow logical, but for me this one worked pretty well by using the concept of parallel universes to allow for things that would otherwise simply not jive. This concept of going back over and over to effect a change based on knowledge gathered from previous trips back through time and space worked much the way it did in groundhog day but with a much shorter time frame to work with. Also, this movie was all serious business and a touch of romance that I also felt worked quite well. Good time all in all.

It's a good movie, worth watching, it's kinda similiar to MATRIX, where there is both reality and not reality. Anyway not bad.

Source Code tried too hard to be philosophical but failed to get their message across. The acting was good and the premise was interesting but the completed project fell flat. It wanted to be a movie with a message about life, and a sci-fi action thriller. The message was jumbled and the action sequences (for the most part) were predictable or boring. In my opinion both attempts failed. It didn’t reach anywhere near its full potential.

This movie was great but confusing. The plot was at the beggining and the action depicted towards the end. I liked the movie with the effects and stuff, but this movie was good anyway. (PS: There are 2 gory sceens and is extremely disturbing XP.)

This movie is excellent. I don't usually go for thrillers - or si-fi - but I saw this once with my dad and a second time with my friend. And I would definitely go see it again.

Action packed movie with an intriguing storyline packed with real good actor. A deeper exploit of the scenario would have been a great addition, since it feels like the author or producer ran out of idea after a while. Personally, I believe it could have been better. Thumbs up!
