Enjoyed this version of the old story -- children needing a mother.

I watched this movie on DVD. It was amusing. A good old fashioned fairy tale. Some questionable parts for young children.

An excellent movie for family viewing. My children (ages 10 and 14) really enjoyed it!

This movie was a pleasant surprise. I watched with my wife and couldn't help but enjoy it!

It's a family movie. Little kids would enjoy it, but it's not a date type of movie. Quite cheezy really. I guess it's really a movie that you could enjoy when tried after a long day, a resting type movie.

I took a Spark group of Girl Guides to see it(5 and 6 year olds) Some of the girls had already seen it and wanted to return. I thought it was very good and it had a few good lessons to learn. The girls all enjoyed it. Thanks for the wonderful entertainment.

A great kids movie (my 6 year old nephew loved it) and it is fun for adults as well. A happy ending can be done really well, as shown by this film.

It was ok like not the best movie that I have ever seen but good-not worth spending money to go see it in the big theatures.

I adored it, and as soon as it comes out in video I'm going to buy it.

Very promising movie! Tells you 'don't be a bratty child or else... Nanny McPhee Knows what you need... [...]

I would say this is aimed more at children, but Emma Thompson did such a wonderful performance and wrote the screenplay... very talented, indeed. The kids were slightly annoying until they were straightened out. Cool movie...

It was really great, and I loved it but I think the directing could be better, the producing too, I also think that when Nanny McPhee turns into a normal person at the end she should fall in love with their dad and they would all love her. But you know it was really great and I like, loved it. Its really weird when she like uses these powers, I think they could have gone without the powers, they make her look like some kind of freaky witch or something weird, I mean in her next film if its serious they wont be able to watch it without thinking shes like a witch. Then the directer will get all mad and like sue her or something... I dunno it was a good movie...

Well I loved it! Generally I am a political thrilller make you think kind of movie guy but I cried in the last 15 minutes of the movie. It was all about life, love, the power of love and most of all it was about Magic! There is a lot of horrible stuff going on in the world so a little magic once in a while is just what the doctor ordered! And Emma Thompson was amazing as the nanny go see it and let yourself dream.

Nanny McPhee was okay... I guess it would be better for waaay younger kids... like 6 year olds or 7 year olds... I watched it with my friend whos two years younger than me... she said it could've been better... it teaches kids to say please I guess... but I find the movie kinda weird...

I thought it was a exelllent and funny movie one of the best movies I've seen. It was really cool when nanny mcphee's warts and things started disappered when the childern did good things instead of things that they were not suposed to do. It was especialy funny when at first nanny mcphee came and they tried every thing to get her gone, but it never worked. I advise everyone that hasn't see nanny mcphee should go to the show and get or buy it on dvd or vhs when it comes out. It was so good I would watch it 2 or more times it was so good. I think they did a such a good job they should make a book about it and maybe even a series about nanny mcphee.

I went to see it and I found non exciting and absolutely dumb but then again I'm a teen so I guess it's not the right movie for teens but my little who's 6 hated it... it's a stupid movie DONT watch it.

I liked this movie because it had the dancing donkey and the best charaters [...]. After Nanny McPhee left they were good but when she came they were not.

I think this movie is a very the good movie. I watched it with my family and I think my whole entire family enjoyed it very very much. This piece of work is a very good type comedy that you definitely will like so much. I thought that Patrick Barlow, who plays as one of the kids looked very cute. Nanny MacPhee, movie is my favourite indeed.

Very cute. Not as good as I had hoped. I thought it had such a great cast, with three actors from Love Actually, and it was funny, but I expected more. It seemed a little bland. There were some scenes I felt were strong, such as the more important lessons (you guys know which lesson) Go see it. Have fun.

The idea of Nanny McPhee, a nanny that becomes more beautiful with each lesson learned, is quite nice however the fact that the children only need to learn three lessons and become wonderful when their father is still quite absurd is frustrating in itself. I took my 8 year old daughter to see the film one afternoon and as soon as it was over we had forgotten it. It was a lovely way to pass a few hours but it is not the enjoyable film that Shrek or Narnia were.

It is specially for children, there's some good lessons for them to learn. There's some fantasy as well. It is not an extraordinary movie that I would see in a theatre, but it is a good movie to watch to spend some time...
