First one was much better. This remake makes you hate the father almost more than the step mother. And what is up with everyone saying how beautiful Aurore was? Her sister was so much prettier. Too much emphasis on the priest. Way too violent, sent shivers down my spine. Very depressing movie. Go see Wedding Crashers!
