Excellent directing, cinematography, and acting make this a must see film. Shocking, moving and ultimately hopeful, War Witch should have won the Oscar.

Relentlessly depressing, but gripping and powerful with a number of fantastic performances.

A hard film on never ending wars where childhood innocence is not allowed for long. We witness this insoluble drama with a sense of helplessness. There is nothing to rejoice for here.

Life and death is close - this is the sad story of soldiers, in this movie of child soldiers. It is a touching story of love and terror. I left very quiet and feel that I have become wiser.

Liked this movie a lot. It's very sad, at the same time this is what happens during any war, people become so cruel and mean. It's very hard to watch, but it's a story of survival, hope and love. I'm glad I saw it.
