This was a much more challenging story than his first feature, and like that one was told almost entirely in pictures and music. His art is just stunning to see. My one issue with the film, is at times it was ambiguous about what was going on. Not purposely ambiguous, but storytelling problems. It's a very minor complaint, and if anything simply draws me to watch it again.
