Back on the farm. We are taken so close to it, only the aroma of the stables is missing. Many themes are touched upon in this hard film, many feelings are scraped. This film is somewhat reminiscent of «Les bons débarras», among the 10 best québécois films, in my opinion. But never reaches its level of greatness. Pascale Bussières on the other hand plays to the hilt the raw woman, the iconic female of the species. She is simply marvellous.
