The paintings deserve 10, but the narration by Herzog is horrible! Drink some water before you open your month to talk about the paintings! Stop being egoistic and stop acting as Woody Allen! Just shut up and go away from the screen! The music is equally horrible! Just use Bach's scores! Why invent some horrible scores to accompany the paintings! Let the paintings do the talk! The movie should have been done by the French director (Jacques?) who directed the movies like Broken Wings (the migriation of birds), The Penguins movie... The drawings are GREAT! They just put another egoistic "talent" - Picasso - to shame... Period!
