Val-d'Or

Well wrought political thriller. The acting is superb - DiCaprio, and Crowe are amazing. As for the movie being 'too complicated', I think not. The only requirement for adequate voewing pleasure is more than the requisite 2 second attention span that a lot of people tend to suffer these days in the world at large. Of course, don't think the story line about Iraqis harboring and breeding terrorists is true, by any stretch of the imagination. The US is just as involved in 'terrorism' as are countries they tend to blame these things on. A fable, and nothing more than that, but a well told one. Be discriminating in your thoughts, and do your own research as to who the Real terrorists really are (hint: you won't find the answer on TV or at the movies) Good luck!
