Very depressing! It is filmed in one of the most beautiful cities in the world Barcelona and except for a fleeting glimpse -- all grey -- of Gaudy's architectural masterpiece Church of Sagrada Familia -- you would never know it. It is a film about life, death, the human journey and human suffering. And suffering... wow there is a huge amount of it here. The film had me riveted to the screen even though many will find it long and slow. It will make you question the sugar coated "buity" the world masquerades in when most of humanity suffers and continues to suffer with the only release being the promise of an afterlife. If you are depressed and feel hopeless -- not the movie to go to.
