I love movies about classical musicians and composers and as an amateur cellists I was happy to see a movie made about Jaqueline Du Pre. I have many recordings by various musicians and have to say that Jacquline by far, outperforms any cellists today. This movie really portrayed well, her passion for music. I have heard that after many performances men, overpowered by her passion, flung themselves at her feet and asked her to marry them.

This was a really good movie, and the best thing about it was the performance of the astonishing Emily Watson.
