Movie making doesn't get any more epic than this or Avatar. Far more people will argue more strongly for the Lord of the Rings when I make that statement, and purely on a story telling level they would be absolutely right. Coming from the great Tolkien novels this movie series has a huge advantage, of course. Honestly, read the movie description anywhere and simply imagine everything described, is presented perfectly, acted beautifully and directed phenomenally, and you can be sure of what to expect when you sit down to watch it. All 3 of these movies are as brilliant as brilliant gets.
