A gem. Saw it when I was 21, did not understand it but knew I'd have to grow up and see it again. Needs several viewings to begin to understand it. Very beautiful. Haunting soundtrack. Haunts me to this day.
This movie was so very provocative but yet understandable. A little slow but it had its moments too. Will I see it again - NO but I'm glad I saw it anyways.

This is one of my favorite movies ever! Beautiful story, beautiful photography, beautiful music, beautiful people...

Nothing in this movie struck me as true in any way. I could not connect with any of the characters. I think the actors did a very good job acting the roles that were presented them, but I think they are the creation of a disturbed mind. Nothing here for the ordinary man or woman.
