The movie is for the most part ridicoluous but hey you have to admire the ad+mbission they approached this project with. Back in the early 90s superhero, comic book, and video game based movie where a bad joke so none the less this was a hit with an excellent cast, a fantastic soundtrack, very fluid action sequences, and some humor throughn in here and there. Worths seeing the odd time the sequel sucked compared to this one but hey there both worth owning if you don't pay to much I paid 5 bucks each for the DVDs so it was worth it. Check it out if you have the time.
