It's rather hard to describe this film. It's an indie film with a quirkiness one finds in "Junebug" or "Me and You and Everyone We Know". Behind the nerdiness of Elijah Wood's character, the malapropisms of the character Alex and gruffness of the grandfather character, is the story of the human need for identity. The only criticism I have for this film is that it drags on a bit at the end. Still, it's a movie watching.
