Halifax

This film is a straight forward "Disney family movie of the week" type of film. Overall the acting is decent (although Spacek and Hurt are not used to their potential) , but the story hits every note you expect it to. This may be fine for the kids, but adults will be craving something with a little more substance. If a wholesome 'by the books' family film is what your looking for than this is the film for you.
