Cross between Ghost Hunters and Blair Witch. A couple of times, I got chills, but it is not the least bit scary. The preview videos online were mis-leading. If they are real, then they only filmed the last two minutes of the movie. Speaking of the last two minutes. WORST. ENDING. EVER.
