I did not mind it at all. I gave it some time and it grew on me.

This was a great movie... one of the best I've ever seen!

It was a good movie. I love the scenes of Montreal since I have lived most of my life. It's a movie not to be missed.

For a Deniro and Norton movie, I should give this movie a -2, don't even rent it!

It was interesting for me as the story goes on in montreal. I mean you get out of the theatre and u're in that city... It feels like as if you still r in the movie. So montrealais should c'est it :) but with such a great cast I cant understand how come they could not produce something better. I mean I was expecting for a great motion picture and what I got was a regular crime movie.

A well crafted film. Nothing new to report in the genre of "heist" films, but the character development was above par. Norton is always strong and De Niro was... well... De Niro. He's beginning to follow a certain pattern in his roles and lines (many of which were a repeat of HEAT), but he is always excellent. Even if he is repeating himself. I was actually quite impressed with Brando. He has not done anything worthwile in film in years, but he really had something to work with here and you could see the talent that has made Brando an acting icon. The Montreal location was always used to maximum benefit. It did the city justice.

Très bon film d'action à voir quand l'envie nous prend!!! Robert de Niro est un très bon acteur et c'est une fierté pour nous que ce film ait été tourné à Montréal... Très bonne fin aussi!!!

Excellent movie. A movie can't really go wrong when Robert Deniro, Edward Norton and Marlon Brando are in it. They do a very good job of building up the suspense such that you can't really sit in your seat anymore. People who think it's a long movie have no idea what they're talking about.

Robert DeNiro is such a great actor but why did he pick this role? The movie was pretty slow. A bit of suspense at the end but was predictable. Ed Norton did a good job with his character as the mentally-challenged janitor. And what's with Marlon Brando's character? With this all-star cast, you'd expect a better movie.

De Niro is a good actor... But this movie was so slow we got bored and geehhhh... Fell asleep in it! This one makes you feel like there are only one or two actors in it. At the last quarter of the movie it picked up pace but not enough to rate this as a must see. Don't bother going to see it... You can do that from home when it comes out in video.

Great movie! Loved Edward Norton's portrayal of the con artist disguised as a mentally ill part-time janitor. The score had a good plot, although the suspense was gone 3/4 of the way through as you could probably guess what was going to happen... But, overall it had excellent acting by Norton and De Niro, interesting dialog, and a fun (half)-twist at the end.

This is a very slow and boring movie. I am extremly disappointed from Edward Norton and Robert De Niro...

3 of us went to see this movie - one really really loved it 'best movie I have ever seen! ' the two others 'umm boring ' and ' haven't I seen that story line like a billion times? ' Robert Deniro was his usual amazing self - I was very impressed with mr Edward Norton! - but the film lacked a good story line - and as for action it went from boring to exiciting - keeped you on the edge of your seat - but over all it was nul! Oh and if you love to see mtl in a movie you should go see this! That part was cool!

Not bad. But like I saw this it was called Heat. First half had me hooked but the second faded cause there wasn't much more to tell. Plot was a bit typical Pink Panther style jewel thief.

I really enjoyed seeing this movie shot from Montreal, a real treat (DeNiro trying to speak some French, you gotta smile). I was an extra in the movie but they cut my part out, shucks. The story line is rather ordinary. Enjoyable, but nothing spectacular.

Edward Norton and Robert De Niro are great in this! Good suspense movie with more than a few twists. Worth the money!

Frank Oz delivers a great film that ranks up there with the best heist films of all time. The casting of De Niro, Brando and Norton makes this film worth seeing.

The Score has a decently written script. Nothing too implausible here. You have to admire the producers for having Marlon Brando and Robert DeNiro share screen time. The storyline is easy to follow and if you can bear with the first 30 minutes which are a little slow the payoff is worth it!

Yes, I liked the movie. The acting and directing are first class in my estimation. I loved the use of sound and light. The use of light and shade were reminiscent of Rembrandt. The sound was like that of Silverado - when they amplified the gun exchanges. The pace was slow, but fast and intense in the head. De Niro was super. Norton cheeky and competent. Brando was Brando. Like him or hate him he is who he is. I liked him personally. Good entertainment.

Predictable Hollywood garbage. Climax was lame and the ending was terrible. Good performances from all lead males. Angela Bassett is far too talented to be a sideline character of no substance.

Plot... sucks. And the ending was just bad. Actors... talk too much. Nevertheless not bad acting. Don't see it unless you enjoy Old Fashion Movie. (I mean old fashion Plots. )

Were it not for the excellent acting of DeNiro and Norton, there would be no saving this movie. The story has been done a thousand times, in a thousand not-so-different ways - older guy wants to retire, gets suckered into "one last job" based on some long-standing loyalty, is paired up with young hot shot... I won't ruin the punch line. The movie is worth seeing so long as you are not looking for an original story.

Well acted, well crafted film. DeNiro, Norton & Brando all are super in this film. Nice to see DeNiro & Norton work off each other. Well-directed by Frank Oz. He shoots, he scores...

True, the movie was long but it was worth the wait because the ending was extremely well acted out and well done. The cast played very well and I recommend anyone to see this movie.

It was a slower pace but still a great story. I love the acting, Norton was excellent in the role. I am beginning to believe that Deniro is an actual crook, he gets type cast into those roles but does a great job of it. Some valuable tips on safe cracking in this movie!

Once again Robert DeNirpo is in an amazing movie. When does this guy have a bad movie for his career. No matter what kind of movie he is in he is always at his best. Edward Norton was good too. Good story and acting and everything. One of the best movies I saw this year.

This was an interesting movie - I almost fell asleep during the first 1.5 hrs, then I couldn't take my eyes off the screen for the last half hour! But because the acting was so good and the ending was very exciting, I'd recommend seeing it.

I think the plot was excellent and surprising. De Niro acted very well in this production. The ending was very out of the blue. If you were following the story and saw every detail you could have predicted the ending:-).

Decided to see this instead of Legally Blonde and think we made the right choice. A bit slow here and there, but excellent acting and engrossing story.

Fantastic film. The cast was brilliant, the story was interesting and the scenery was great. It was nice to see a big budget Hollywood production set in a Canadian city and I highly recommend the film. I must say that it isn't a real action packed flick so if that's what you are expecting you might be disappointed. It is however well written and well done. Go see it!
