Aside from all the swearing which I don't like in a movie, the movie was excellent. Forget about what some of the critics say because the critics don't like Clint Eastwood's success. It is one of the better biopics out there. It doesn't come across like a musical and just references the musical at the end and when actors occasionally break the fourth wall by addressing the audience. But it was not distracting. I loved the movie. Look, it's not supposed to compete with Star Wars, or Ben Hur. Guys and gals will both love this movie. And you will be probably looking up Franky Valli and the Four Seasons videos on youtube the next few days. You will be caught up in the nostalgia wondering and longing for where the past went. You will appreciate this when the next day you go back to your work place and are force-fed more Beiber, Cher, Carly Jepson, Lady Gag, and all the horrible neo-reggae auto-tuned crap. Just thinking about them makes me want to go see the movie again for a needed musical enema. This movie is GOOD for what ails you.
