    Click here to show this review.     This is the definitive superman movie... almost. It is plagued with cinematographic problems: hand-held camera shots all the time in found footage style, always jerky. Washed out color. The worst are the action scenes with cgi disarticulated metal serpents flying around that do not make any sense to the viewer. They are really distracting. We saw this done before in Matrix and its sequels. These serpent things looked stupid and fake then and they still look tacked on now. I like the question asked, is the world ready for a hero like this?
