The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water

Hi, I have read these reviews on here in astonishment. This is the funniest film I have seen in a long time. Recent comedies have been stinkers. Ones that I didn't even find amusing. So much dissatisfaction with 'Horrible Bosses' and 'Inherent Vice'. This movie uses dreamlike images that we have become accustomed to from the television show without failure. Adding a regenerated Antonio Banderas to the story doesn't distract from the rest of the characters scenes either. I will admit, I wasn't expecting it to be so exhaustively funny - but it was! I should've known as widespread commercial success has already become the norm for the characters in this movie. I didn't really see any stylistic change in the characters at all, except for a few minutes during the action sequences. May the characters continue to be popular in the years to come. I wasn't disappointed at all. If you don't have a sense of humour, then this movie won't work for you.
