    The Perfect Score

What really works in "The Perfect Score" isn't so much the heist itself, but the casting and the lighthearted humor. Sometimes, that's enough. When a group of mismatched high-school students realize that their futures depend on them passing their SAT exam, they decide it simply isn't fair. Banding together and making use of their unique skills, they decide to steal the answers to the test.

I found the characters memorable and fun to watch. As they stumble into a heist and figure out that they each have a specific set of skills that allows them to become a critical piece in the plot to steal answers to the SATs, I found myself engaged in the story. If you're a fan of heist films, you know that it's just as important to have a charismatic cast of characters as it is to have the iron-clad plan requiring clockwork-like precision to make the heist entertaining. Overall this Is mostly a success in that regard, but I found the ending to be a disappointment. Nevertheless, it has enough funny twists that you'll be entertained, and hey look at that! Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson, Captain America and Black Widow together for the first time! (On Dvd, November 17, 2012)
