    American Sniper

Clint Eastwood is a great director and this movie is right up his alley. After Flags of our Fathers & Letters from Iwo Jima comes American Sniper, his third war movie and most definitely a great addition to his Filmography. Bradley Cooper should most definitely be considered as a Oscar Contender for his performance here. While his performance isn't as over the top as other Oscar winners, it is just right. The perfect balance. From a loving father, to a war veteran suffering from the grips of that reality, to a compassionate friend, he integrates these phases perfectly. Whatever the turnout of the Academy Awards, Bradley Cooper can feel proud of the work he's accomplished here as can Mr Eastwood. The movie is gripping, sad and moving. All in all, one of the most deserving films for you to watch this holiday season.
