Law Abiding Citizen

I'm not sure why people are loving this movie so much. The fist half was good... but after... it's just absurd! I actually prefered The Gamer to this, because the Gamer delivered what was promised: science-fiction movie with a lot of action and average acting. This movie is a thriller that pretends to be smart but it's actually not. What happens in this movie could never take place in reality. It's too exagerated! I'm aware that this is a M-O-V-I-E, but come on... the last 20 minutes are ridiculous! And yes, we understand WHY Butler's character is doing what he's doing... we get it... we agree with it! So we don't need the cheesy dialogues during the whole movie to explain that the justice system sucks! We get it! And finally, I have to say this: I read a review on this site that compared this movie to The Silence of the Lambs and Seven... It has to be the same person who wrote that the Jonas Brothers are the new Beatles in an article that I read a couple of weeks ago... My advice: wait for the DVD or watch it with low expectations on the big screen...
