This is probably Jennifer Lopez's best movie. It is her most realistic performance that I've ever seen. Of course, playing next to someone as intense as Viola Davis certainly brings out the best out of you as an actor. The movie depicts two women that are out for avenging the loss of their sons in a very drug infected neighborhood. Unlike most of Mrs Lopez's previous movies, this is certainly one that is worth the watch. From the very first frames you are thrown into the tragic loss of life, the pain, the neighborhood drug dealers, etc. The action just goes on from there though never over board and always believable, to a certain extent. I very much liked this movie overall as a thriller. Worth a little netflix watch.
