Fore some reason, I never understand Lynch movies but keep loving them. Of course, it's then that you realize the true meaning of AMAZING DIRECTOR. Some people (including me) don't see the difference between a great director with a great script. A movie can be amazing because the story (often written by some one else) is good. But that doesn't really show the talent of the director, only of the writer. In the case of Lynch, you don't even need to understand the plot to enjoy the movie! Now that's real talent! I actually understood a couple things but others just didn't make much sense. I searched the internet and found different explinations that made a lot of sense. I have my favorite one but I'm not gonna spoil it for those who haven't seen this amazing movie.
