No Strings Attached

I recently saw this movie and must say that this movie can be resumed into one person : Natalie Portman, Without her charming personality and sensitivity for the various facets of the character she played, this movie would have been a dud, a replicate of what has been seen so many times before. Thanks to her talent, this movie will leave me with something to remember. Thank you Natalie Portman for giving this multidimensional character, multiple dimensions! The rest is as you say, bland. I liked the addition of Mindy and the rest of her doctor friends. They added a nice humorous setting to the relationship as did Ludacris on the guy's side of things. Kevin Kline tried to be memorable and did a good job of his character but ultimately it's a side story that you forget. So again, it all goes back to Natalie Portman in my view, Ashton carried his part well enough but Natalie brought it something more complex and intricate. Good job. The movie may not be worth a lot, but Natalie is.
