The second outing of "Star Trek" under the very capable hands of J. J. Abrams is bloody good Science Fiction at it's best. Abrams and company have come up with a rip roaring thrill ride of an adventure with non stop action on a grand scale. Once again Abrams and company deliver the goods with a new vision for an old franchise making the franchise new again. With state of the art special effects, the very capable acting skills of the new cast who bear uncanny resemblance in their mannerisms to the "Star Trek" of old. Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto as Kirk and Spock lead the stellar cast in new but familiar territory. Benedict Cumberbatch as their arch nemesis is electrifying in his role as the super villain. The best movie yet that I've seen this summer. Worth every dollar.
