This is your basic zombie movie where the town gets succumbs to some threat and a select group struggles to survive. Like 30 Days in a night, 28 Days Later, etc. What makes these types of movies good or bad depends on the goals of the group struggling to survive. Do they struggle aimlessly until the blight passes or are there targets and benchmarks marking their progress towards survival? This movie was definitely the aimless wondering type but it was still basically interesting.
