Usually movies that make less than $10 Mllion opening weekend (like this one did) are lousy but I decided to give it a chance because: 1)I like fish-out-of-water / incompatible-buddy action films and 2)It was written by the normally reliable Luc Besson (Transporter 3, The Fifth Element, Leon) There is a large body count and endless mayhem, but you have to have an interesting and understandable story which, unfortunately, this movie lacks.

I understand and respect your review. But you can't really say that the story was not understandable. It certainly was dumb... but it was understandable.
