Well there are many angles to look at this movie. First is the acting. Portraying an anorexic teenager (Zoe Kravitz), a tourette-afflicted one ( Robert Sheehan) and an OCD one (Dev Patel) All of them really had a great way of portraying their respective illnesses. So as far as the acting is concerned, the movie is a success. However, there is quite a bit lacking as well. While the flaws of the characters are well portrayed, the relationship and connection between them isn't. What you are left with is just being an observer of some events unfolding without a clear sense of purpose or direction. You understand that they are rebelling against being treated like patients, etc. and find some comfort and strength in each other although you do not really feel that strong bond through the picture which is a shame. All in all, this is a really nice art-piece that I would see at a movie festival though not sure I would pay the price of admission for it.
