Quite a brilliant little film from Oscar Nominated director Frank Perry who also-co wrote this beautiful script with brilliant performances from the young Kier Dullea and Janet Margolin. The B & W Cinematography only enhanced the film's premise and ideas of the alienation of youth and the very real problems they suffer. A gem that should be seen. Though the film comes from 1962, it's impossible not to understand the issues and relate to psychological and emotional difficulties of young people.
