    Murder on the Orient Express

A thrilling mystery ride on the ORIENT with an all star cast that delivers the goods big time. Albert Finney makes a fabulous Hercule Poirot and the legendary cast under the direction of famed Sidney Lumet seem to out do each other. As with all Poirot cases he slowly and methodically narrows down the suspects one by one in a very entertaining tale. In a bit of a surprise, as most predicted VALENTINA CORTESE would win the supporting Oscar that year (1973), the name announced was Ingrid Bergman who apologized to Valentina and dedicated her win to the Italian/French actress. A truly wonderful film that keeps one engrossed.
