Wow, reading the great reviews on this one, I was really looking forward to it. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed (except when I went to see Women) I'm only giving it a 4 because there is some humour in the way Clint delivers his lines but the story in general doesn't make sense. Here's this hard nosed guy who hates everyone but all of a sudden accepts an invitation to his foreign neighbor's home for a party? He's like the most prejudice man on earth but he'll all of a sudden mingle amongst these people, plus go hang in the basement with the teenagers? Stupid. He gives the car to his new found protégé and this kid got his license to drive where? Gangs rape and beat up their own family? Police tell a priest nothing is going to happen and not only are they leaving but they are forcibly going to remove him as well, throwing him into the car? Why would they do that? The movie is filled with unreal scenarios like that. Add to the crappy acting by all except Clint, and I'm hard pressed to give it a 4.
