If total Goth excess in the Hammer horror vein is your cuppa, then you gotta catch this flick. Otherwise you may wanna steer clear. For me personally, every minute was a delight. I found myself giddy over every melancholy declaration, every bit of lunatic subtext. In retrospect, an hour or so after seeing it, I can see it ain't perfect by any stretch. But damn was it a great evening out. I look forward to seeing it again.
