This is a really neat movie... very intense and thought-provoking with terrific (literally! ) performances. It's not a crowdpleasing shoot-em-up, so if you're looking for wall to wall violence, give this one a pass. Criticism of the sexual content in the movie seems overblown here too... it means something in terms of characterization, and is about as non-titillating as it can get and still be somehwat graphic. _Nothing_ in this movie is gratuitous or glamorized, and the camera work and direction has a creepy voyeuristic quality, that makes it hard to look away, even when you want to. This movie isn't for everybody, but everybody ought to at least consider seeing it...
