Alien Disclosure Day

The United States sends miners to excavate a distant planet, but as they return they unknowingly carry alien stowaways aboard their ship. After the vessel loses contact with Earth a response team boards it and reports an alien infestation before dying. Escape pods soon reach Earth and release aliens that begin killing humans. The infested ship cannot be destroyed from a distance yet a second response team succeeds in boarding it and must find a way to trigger self-destruction while rescuing survivors before the aliens wipe out humanity.
