You must be in the right frame of mind when you go see this film. If you are tired from shuffling paper from one basket to the other all day at your meaningless office job, or you happen to be a bit sad you may find this movie not very uplifting. As someone who has sat around in my underwear pondering the meaning of life, I found I could relate to Mr. Pekar's moribund existence. Overall the film was well done and different then all of the other crap playing at the more commercial theatres so I must reccommend it based on that alone. I think I'm going to Toledo to see a movie. Signing out.
