Sequels, or in this case a prequel, rarely delivers and I'm sad to say that this movie proved to be no exception. A very disappointing follow-up to the excellent The Conjuring. One or two moments of suspense but otherwise a movie easily forgotten. If that was not bad enough, half of the dialogue was lost on me due to some of those appearing in this film mumbling away. A visit to an ear specialist may be the order of the day, a visit more exciting than venturing out to see this movie.
